Tutoring and other educational resources provided to students to help them fast-track their learning progress, meet/exceed graduation standards, and be successful in school. This includes test prep for college or military entrance exams.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Provide opportunities for students to learn and practice effective communication, self-awareness, and the ability to think and act creatively in challenging circumstances.
LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Work with students to develop critical thinking skills, personal and interpersonal abilities, as well as financial literacy. In addition, students are taught job acquisition skills such as resume prep, how to interview, and job search techniques.
CULTURAL IDENTITY & AWARENESS
Developing an understanding and respect for culturally based values, and traditions of people of color to improve self-perception, gain self-confidence, and foster healthy self-esteem.
